Effective August 18, 2026The project brief collects the business, contact, market, system, timing, constraint, and goal information you submit so RC Digital can evaluate and respond to the request.
The site records limited first-party events such as page views, selected calls to action, brief progress, referrers, and campaign parameters. These signals are used to improve the customer path—not to build advertising profiles.
The analytics layer does not use advertising cookies and does not run when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Session identifiers are limited to the current browser session.
Submitted information is used to respond, manage the project pipeline, and understand which systems may fit. RC Digital does not sell the contact or usage information collected through this site.
Project briefs, lead activity, and first-party analytics are stored in RC Digital’s site database. The lead command surface requires authenticated, authorized access. Records are reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed for the operating purpose that created them.
You may ask RC Digital to correct or remove information you submitted. Use the project contact channel and identify the business and email associated with the record.
